What You'll Do
- Lead global financial reporting and ensure accuracy and clarity of insights
- Build and enhance financial models for forecasting and strategic planning
- Analyze trends, risks, and performance drivers to support decision-making
- Partner with leadership on capital expenditures, budgeting, and cost initiatives
- Deliver actionable insights and present findings to cross-functional stakeholders
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including reporting or consolidations
- Advanced Excel and strong financial modeling capabilities
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Workday, or similar)
