Quick Facts Location: 1000 South Limestone, Lexington, KY 40506 Start Date: 05/18/2026 End Date: 08/17/2026 Shift: Day shifts, typically 4x10-Hour (07 30), may consider other full-time schedules Hours/Week: 40 hours/week Employment Type: Contract (13 weeks) Licensing/Certifications: KY State license (willing to assist with licensing), NBCRNA certification required Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification (no new grads) Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $226.20/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws Travel and licensure reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team to support your success What You ll Do Provide anesthesia support for a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Trauma, Vascular, and Neuro (Excludes Heart and OB cases) Support staff includes anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, and residents, under medical direction with a typical 1-2 or up to 1-4 anesthesiologists to CRNA ratio Perform procedures such as intubation, central line placement, arterial lines, and other line insertions Cover multiple specialties throughout the hospital during scheduled shifts Work within the EPIC EMR system (preferred) Participate in NORA (North American Outpatient Reimbursement Agreement) shifts as required What You Need Valid KY State license (Willing to license) NBCRNA Certification (Board Certified) At least 1 year of CRNA experience (no new grads) Key skills: airway management, line placement, patient assessment, teamwork Ability to work scheduled shifts including holidays, with pay at 1.5x rate for applicable days About the Assignment This assignment takes place at a leading facility in Lexington, Kentucky, a high-volume Level 1 Trauma Center providing advanced care across multiple specialties.
