Description

ESC has an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager/Analyst to lead an ROI study for our premier client's Social Responsibility program that drives customer trust, business continuity, and sustainable social impact by embedding respect for human rights and the environment throughout the organization's entire value chain. The team implements company-wide standards and commitments such as Global Human Rights Principles (GHRP) and Supply Chain Standards (SCS) and they seek to continuously improve the tools and processes used in integrating human rights and environmental due diligence across the business.


We're seeking a Program Manager/Analyst who will be responsible for the following:

• Own end-to-end execution of ROI analysis projects, defining timelines, data inputs, and success metrics while aligning stakeholders on assumptions, financial implications, and final recommendations.
• Standardize data collection and knowledge management across remediation cases, supplier education programs, and partnership initiatives, while developing ROI frameworks to measure the impact of social responsibility investments.
• Automate reporting for business-owned goals and MBRs and create cost-benefit analysis frameworks for education initiatives. Develop impact matrices that demonstrate the value of prevention programs to internal business teams and suppliers.

Required Experience:

• 7+ years of program management experience, with a demonstrated ability to own complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate supplier and worker insights into actionable metrics that support evidence-based decision making.
• Experience quantifying ROI and total cost impacts, enabling leadership to assess the business value of Social Responsibility (SR) compliance initiatives across regions and business lines.
• Proficiency in data mining, reporting, and analysis, including hands-on experience with SQL and related analytical tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Finance or Accounting, with the ability to interpret financial models, cost structures, and investment tradeoffs.
• Experience leveraging AI and advanced analytics to build scalable reporting, identify trends, and define core metrics used for ongoing program measurement.
• Experience designing and operationalizing KPI frameworks, establishing standardized metrics that support long-term program governance and decision making.
• Experience in social responsibility, human rights, or responsible supply chain programs, including work across suppliers, regions, or global compliance initiatives.
