You will manage full-lifecycle HR programs including employee relations, compensation reviews, performance management, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Key Responsibilities Administer HR policies, benefits programs, and payroll using modern HRIS platforms such as Rippling or Workday Partner with department leads to resolve complex employee relations issues and guide performance management processes Facilitate bi-annual performance review cycles, promotion processes, and compensation benchmarking Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across California and remote jurisdictions Lead onboarding and offboarding workflows to maintain seamless transitions and accurate HR data Analyze people metrics and turnover data to recommend policy and culture improvements to management What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of HR generalist or people operations experience within high-growth technology environments Demonstrated expertise in US employment law, California labor regulations, and HR compliance Hands‑on experience administering modern HRIS and payroll tooling (Rippling, Gusto, or Workday) Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills with high emotional intelligence Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Bonus: SHRM-CP or PHR certification; experience scaling teams from 50 to 200+ employees #J-18808-Ljbffr
