CRE Debt & Structured Finance Analyst
Colliers International
Colliers Mortgage is seeking a growth-oriented Analyst to join our transaction screening team. You will assist with up-front deal screening and due diligence for multifamily and CRE loans, collaborating with underwriters and borrowers to gather required exhibits. The role focuses on rent roll analysis, preliminary loan sizing, and preparing quotes from agencies and banks, while maintaining data in Colliers’ loan origination system.
