WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Brand Experience Seasonal team, part of Nike Brand Creative, delivers world class seasonal Brand Experiences with innovative thinking and an obsession for immersive storytelling and experiential design.

The Expert will partner with Senior Creative Directors, Design Directors, Designers, Retail, Brand and Digital Marketing, Concepts and Innovation, Production and Operations teams, as well as agencies and external partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Expert leads projects and cross functional teams in shaping seasonal campaigns and activations across retail, pop ups, live events, digital, and hybrid experiences that connect emotionally with athletes* and provoke engagement with the brand.

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience
• Creative and Project Leadership – Inspires and guides creative teams through ambiguity and complexity.
• Mastery of Experiential & Retail Knowledge – Deep expertise in the discipline, an innovative mindset, and strong attention to detail.
• Passion for Sport & Culture – Lives at the intersection of sport, creativity, and culture, with a keen eye for trends, communities, and narratives that inspire innovative Brand Experiences.
• Strategic Communication – Presents ideas and concepts with clarity and confidence to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaboration & Influence – Builds trust across cross functional and external partners; works as a collaborative driver.
• Entrepreneurial Drive – Proactively identifies opportunities and drives innovation.
• Craft Obsession – High attention to detail, delivering flawless execution.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• Project Leadership & Collaboration: You will lead seasonal experience projects end to end, partnering with cross functional teams and guiding project squads through execution.
• Strategic Approach with End in Mind: You will translate brand priorities and sport moments into integrated seasonal activations that deliver physical, digital, and hybrid experiences.
• Creative Reviews & Feedback Culture: You will contribute to and present in creative reviews, providing clear, constructive feedback to peers and partners.
• Elevating Experiential Craft: You will lead the execution of design and innovation across seasonal retail, live events, digital, and hybrid experiences.
• Experiential Innovation: You will prototype, pilot, and scale new forms of digital and physical Brand Experiences, tapping into Nike’s innovation engine and external partnership resources.
• Industry Connection & Inspiration: You will keep Nike at the forefront of cultural, creative, and innovation trends by bringing insights, fresh talent, and external creative partners into seasonal design work.
