Case Manager in Training

With 6,000 employees across the country, we are a leading personal‑injury law firm dedicated to our mission “For the People.” We are hiring a Case Manager in Training to support our attorneys and case managers and help maintain day‑to‑day operations. Compensation Hourly rate: $20 per hour. Responsibilities Assist case managers and attorneys in organizing, filing, and maintaining client files for 100+ cases. Request, collect, and submit medical records, accident reports, driving records, and vehicle ownership documents. Copy and assemble demand packages as requested. Prepare certified mail cards and support cost‑check processing. Perform general office duties such as typing, operating office machines, and sorting mail. Create and maintain client folders. Prepare and send turn‑down letters, no‑representation notices, contracts, and multi‑party combination letters. Send out demand letters. Execute additional related duties as assigned. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in a legal environment. Strong knowledge of administrative, clerical procedures, and office systems. Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, manage workload, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Computer proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
