Project Administrative Assistant

We're looking for a highly organized, motivated Project Administrative Assistant to support our Advanced Manufacturing projects. You'll provide essential administrative and project support to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and successful project delivery working closely with internal management, staff, and outside clients and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour DOE

What You'll Do

Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination support
Greet and check in personnel at a busy welcome center/front desk setting
Check in and review documentation for personnel entering orientation or training
Coordinate with internal management, staff, clients, and vendors
Support general office operations to help ensure successful project delivery

What You Need

Associate degree in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
5+ years of administrative experience
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced setting checking in large volumes of personnel daily

Nice To Have

Bilingual in Spanish (reading and writing)
Prior project coordination experience
