Compensation: $25/hr

Collections Specialist - Contract - On-site - $25/hr
Looking For:
- B2B collections experience
- Billing exposure
- Customer service background
Key Duties
- Contact customers about invoices, follow up on past-due balances, and resolve payment concerns by phone, email, or letter
- Work with project accountants on billing revisions or issues
- Respond to billing questions from project managers and division leaders
- Keep accurate records of all collection activity
- Assist with AR aging reports and audit requests
- Help manage the receivables process and reduce days outstanding
