About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Program Lead for its Healthcare Innovations Program. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a team that includes health economists, data scientists, and researchers dedicated to evaluating and implementing healthcare delivery and payment models. The role involves not only leading the team but also being a strategic partner with various public and private clients, including government agencies. The Vice President, Program Lead will be responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of the program, as well as for the people, projects, and business pursuits within the program. This includes talent development, quality assurance, and ensuring the efficient operation of the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years' experience in the field, with a focus on health economics, and a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale federal health projects. Applicants for the Vice President, Program Lead position at the company should hold an advanced degree in a relevant field and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role. The role requires subject matter expertise in health economics, particularly in the context of healthcare delivery and payment reform, and experience with government healthcare programs. The candidate must be adept at business development, with a history of leading successful proposals and managing client relationships. Strong communication skills, the ability to lead through change, and a commitment to the mission of the organization are essential.
