Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, onsite contract role is perfect for Speech-Language Pathologists—both Clinical Fellows and those with the Certificate of Clinical Competence—seeking to make an impact in the 2026-2027 school year. You'll be working across one to two neighboring schools, with guidance from experienced lead SLPs at each site to ensure you feel supported and set up for success.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
• Valid Wisconsin state licensure (or eligibility) for SLP services in schools
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
• Previous experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students with varied communication needs
• Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and lead SLPs to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing expertise and contributing to team-based decisions
• Manage your caseload efficiently across two nearby school sites with on-site mentorship
