Job Title: Controller Location: Wisconsin Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: Based on experience About the Role We are seeking an experienced Controller to support our client’s accounting operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong accounting leader who can step in quickly, oversee financial operations, and provide stability and structure to the organization. Acumatica or similar ERP/accounting software exposure is a big plus for this role. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close Manage and review financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and GAAP Lead and support the accounting team, providing guidance and oversight Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support key business decisions Utilize accounting software — Acumatica experience strongly preferred — to manage and streamline financial processes Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls Qualifications Proven experience in an accounting leadership role, such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Senior Accountant ready to step up Acumatica or similar ERP/accounting software exposure is a big plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to adapt quickly and lead effectively in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a contract capacity Why Apply This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting leader to bring their expertise to a dynamic organization, with the potential for growth depending on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
