Senior Accountant (CPA Preferred)

Owning the month-end close and general ledger, the full-time salaried Senior Accountant (CPA Preferred) will manage revenue accounting, oversee accounts payable and receivable, and coordinate with external auditors while working remotely across the United States. Key responsibilities Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion Oversee revenue accounting for guest bookings, host payouts, and subscriptions, ensuring compliance with ASC 606 Coordinate with external auditors and support tax compliance efforts across various jurisdictions Required qualifications 5 to 8+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup, marketplace, or SaaS environment CPA (or equivalent) is strongly preferred, with Big 4 or public accounting experience being a plus Deep knowledge of US GAAP, particularly ASC 606 revenue recognition Experience with modern general ledger systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Online) and advanced spreadsheet skills; SQL knowledge is a plus Demonstrated ability to thrive in high ambiguity and adapt to a fast-paced environment
