Position Overview: We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Laser Cutter Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll operate and maintain laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality materials used in custom jerseys, patches, and other apparel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate laser cutting machines
• Load and align materials accurately (twills and fabrics)
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of laser equipment
• Inspect final products for precision and quality
• Work collaboratively with design and production staff to meet deadlines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a laser/CAD cutter (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar software (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• High school diploma or equivalent

Bonus Skills (Not Required but a Plus):

• Experience in garment production, embroidery, or screen printing
• Familiarity with vector editing and digitizing software
• Creative problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
