A growing restaurant organization is seeking an experienced General Manager to take ownership of a high-volume QSR operation in Hinesville, GA .

This is an opportunity for a proven restaurant operator who knows how to lead from the front, build strong teams, control costs, execute operational standards, and drive results. The ideal candidate has a strong background with a recognized quick-service restaurant brand and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.

This is not a position for someone looking to simply maintain the status quo. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can build a strong team culture, develop managers, improve restaurant performance, and help establish a strong foundation for continued growth.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and hourly employees
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and retain strong talent
• Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards
• Manage labor, scheduling, staffing levels, and productivity
• Control food costs, COGS, waste, inventory, and ordering
• Understand and effectively manage a restaurant P&L
• Drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and overall restaurant performance
• Analyze operating results and implement effective action plans
• Maintain exceptional standards for food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and brand standards
• Maintain accurate inventory controls and ordering procedures
• Create a positive, disciplined, and accountable restaurant culture
• Develop future leaders and build a strong management bench
• Partner with leadership to support continued growth and future locations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant management experience
• Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience strongly preferred
• Proven QSR or high-volume restaurant operating experience
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in established high-volume QSR brands such as McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, Whataburger, Jack in the Box, or comparable concepts
• Demonstrated experience managing labor and food costs
• Strong understanding of COGS, inventory controls, and restaurant P&L management
• Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing restaurant teams
• Strong scheduling and staffing knowledge
• Proven ability to improve restaurant performance and drive sales
• ServSafe Certification required
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but strong operational experience will be highly valued
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Hands-on management style with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Ownership mentality with a results-driven approach
• Must be willing to travel for training and company needs
• Must have open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

You understand that great restaurant performance starts with great people, disciplined execution, and consistent accountability. You know your numbers, understand your labor, control your food costs, and can translate a P&L into meaningful action.

You are comfortable being on the floor, coaching your managers, solving problems in real time, and setting the pace for the entire restaurant.
