Senior Human Resources Manager

Sr. HR Manager Full-time, in-office | Exempt We're looking for an experienced HR leader to oversee an HR team supporting multiple store regions and corporate departments. This role blends people leadership, strategic partnership, and hands‑on problem‑solving in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. What You’ll Do Oversee and develop an HR team, building their skills and confidence to handle everything from routine coaching to complex associate situations Step in on sensitive associate relations issues, guiding fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes Partner closely with operational leaders to connect people strategy to business results Coach leaders directly - real‑time feedback, performance conversations, and development planning Lead major HR initiatives and organizational change, from engagement surveys to compliance rollouts Analyze turnover and engagement data to identify trends and shape action plans Interpret policy, navigate ambiguity, and proactively flag opportunities for improvement What You’ll Bring 7+ years of progressive HR experience (required) 2+ years of supervisory experience (required) Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Excellent judgment, communication, and problem‑solving skills in a multi‑unit, multi‑state environment Salary range: $150,000–$175,000 + bonus Full benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, 401(k)/profit sharing, and more Please submit a resume to be considered. #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential
