Our client, the oil and gas industry, is seeking a Risk Stewardship Administrator to join their team. As a Risk Stewardship Administrator, you will be supporting project teams across Houston, the Netherlands, and Singapore. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $23-$28/hr

What's the Job?

• Support and coordinate with international project teams in managing risk action tracking registers and project risk assessment plans.
• Enter action items into customized project risk registers and assess risk reports to ensure accurate data entry.
• Implement updates on action due dates, reviewers, and study timelines to maintain project accuracy.
• Coordinate updates and generate reports for project risk assessments, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in monthly risk data preparation, troubleshoot data issues, and support database access reviews.

What's Needed?

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel with advanced formulas and functions.
• Experience with risk management tools such as Smartsheet is preferred.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
