Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.As a Quality Assurance Practitioner you will be responsible for supporting quality assurance programs to monitor performance and compliance of processes procedures and policies. You will collaborate with global quality process improvement and delivery teams to assess knowledge support learning needs and contribute to the development of quality methodologies and processes. You are expected to be a subject matter expert collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively take responsibility for team decisions engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams is a critical part of this role.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality metrics and identifying areas for enhancementFacilitate cross functional communication to ensure alignment on quality standards and project objectivesLead efforts to document and standardize quality assurance processes to promote consistency and efficiencySupport the development and delivery of training materials to enhance team capabilities and knowledgeCollaborate with stakeholders to anticipate potential risks and implement proactive quality controlsNote: This role requires 3 days/week onsite in Pennington, NJHERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:Minimum of 5 years of work experienceMinimum of 4 years of experience in Quality AssuranceHS Diploma/GEDBONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:Advanced proficiency in SeleniumAdvanced proficiency in SQLBachelor's degreeCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
