Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized Electrical Shop Manager to lead our production home electrical shop to future growth and success.

This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing team members, strengthening builder relationships, and ensuring our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and profitably. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage people, schedules, materials, and customer relationships while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate electrical projects, crews, and resources to meet production deadlines and company goals.
• Lead, support, and develop field personnel to maximize productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee manpower planning and daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and job completion.
• Monitor and manage material usage, purchasing, inventory, and job costing to promote profitability and reduce waste.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, suppliers, and company leadership.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-quality employees who align with the company's values and vision.
• Develop and maintain builder relationships while actively helping expand the company's production home market presence.
• Utilize computer software and business management tools for scheduling, reporting, communication, and project tracking.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards, customer expectations, and applicable codes.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential electrical construction and team leadership.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, crews, production goals, and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees.
• Proficiency with computers and business software programs.
• Knowledge of material management, purchasing, and cost control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with field personnel, contractors, builders, suppliers, and company leadership.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
