Ongoing Professional Development – Access continuing education, mentorship, and opportunities to expand your clinical expertise Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct skill and behavior assessments (FBA, VB-MAPP, EFL, etc.) and write individualized treatment plans. Oversee all clinical aspects of your assigned caseload using evidence-based practices. Train, supervise, and coach RBTs/BTs on treatment plan implementation, meeting BACB supervision requirements (minimum 10% of direct service hours). Collect, analyze, and review client data regularly to guide clinical decisions. Conduct monthly parent education and caregiver training sessions. Complete session notes, reports, and treatment plans accurately and on time. Maintain monthly billable hour expectations. Collaborate with the clinical team and attend companytrainingand meetings. Adhere to the BACB Ethics Code and all regulatory and funding source requirements. Compensation and Schedule: Competitive pay, flexible hours Full-Time or Part-Time Available — Full-Time is 25+ billable hours/week; anything under is Part-Time Hybrid: telehealth with in-person client visits asrequired Skills and Qualifications: BCBA certification is good standing with the BACB. State licensure whererequired(licensure support available). Master’s degree in psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, ora relateddiscipline. Minimum 1 year of experience with clients with Autism and/or developmental disabilities. Strong communicationand leadership skills; calm and effective under pressure. Ability to pass a background check, child abuse clearance, and fingerprinting (completed before your start date —we’llguide you through it). Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
