Inside sales specialist role at a healthcare distribution company focused on remote customer engagement across digital channels. Responsible for proactive outreach, account planning, opportunity progression, and cross-functional coordination to support customer value realization.

Responsibilities

Initiate proactive customer engagement across digital channels to advance opportunities and account renewals
Develop territory and account plans optimizing outreach cadence and follow-up activities
Conduct pre- and post-interaction research to define objectives and document next steps
Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate quoting and contract documentation within policy
Monitor product availability and customer feedback to identify and escalate risks early

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, sales, or related field
2+ years inside sales, sales support, account management, or business development experience
Remote selling proficiency across phone, video, and digital channels
Consultative selling and value-based messaging capability
CRM and sales tools proficiency for pipeline and forecasting management
Knowledge of contract concepts, pricing structures, and compliance requirements
