Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac/Honda is looking for an office costing clerk; this is a full-time job.  You must be proficient on the computer and also baseline accounting.  Below see a job description and duties.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM 

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience, with CDK experience preferred. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and maintaining accurate financial records.

Responsibilities:

 
·        Cost & Post deals for Honda / Cadillac / Used Cars
·        Payoff cars through Honda
·        Process trade-in vehicles
·        Morning Deposits
·        Process payoff checks to banks
·        Cut checks for referrals/bird dogs
·        Run & clean your schedules 
·        Report 8300 forms to the IRS and customers
·        Process monthly ADS Bonuses
·        Pay CNA warranty
·        Pay Gap warranty
·        Print managers docs daily and put in mailboxes
·        Back up support when someone is off sick or on vacation 
·        Misc. office tasks when needed 

Qualifications:

• Previous automotive dealership experience required

• CDK experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficient in basic computer applications

• Professional communication skills
