Manager Total Rewards - Health & Welfare, Global Mobility and Relocation

For our client, we are seeking a Manager Total Rewards - Health & Welfare, Global Mobility and Relocation to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will shape and execute key total rewards programs that support employees across North America, with a strong focus on health and welfare benefits, global mobility, and relocation. The position partners closely with HR, HRIS, vendors, and business leaders to ensure programs are administered effectively and aligned with employee needs and organizational goals. It also plays an important role in driving cost discipline, annual enrollment readiness, and data-informed recommendations for leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $117,060 – $175,600 annually Responsibilities Lead strategy and design for North America health and welfare and global mobility programs Manage vendor relationships and monitor performance metrics Drive cross-functional benefit initiatives and project management Oversee annual enrollment readiness and change implementation Prepare recommendations and presentations for leadership and committees Develop financial models and identify cost improvement opportunities Partner with HR HUB and HRIS teams for accurate plan administration Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required Minimum 5 years of experience in compensation and/or benefits administration 7+ years of HRIS experience 2+ years supporting Workday HCM projects preferred 5 years of experience managing employees required Proficiency with Microsoft applications Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP Benefits Health insurance benefits, including medical, dental, and vision Flexible spending accounts for health and dependent care Well-being programs and a wellness incentive program Paid time off Industry-leading 401(k) plan with generous contributions Employee assistance program services, including mental health support Family-friendly employee events Our client is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ladders
