Epic Personnel Partners – Bloomfield, CT
Epic Personnel Partners is seeking an experienced, results driven Branch Manager to lead our Bloomfield, Connecticut office. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for the overall success of a high volume staffing branch serving multiple clients across a variety of industries, including distribution, logistics, manufacturing, medical equipment refurbishing, and other light industrial environments.
The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and develop an established team, strengthen client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery. This position also works closely with our onsite management team supporting a large national grocery distribution client.
Responsibilities
- Lead all day to day branch operations while ensuring profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team consisting of recruiters, an administrative coordinator, and a scheduler.
- Partner with the onsite management team to support a high volume national grocery distribution account.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities to grow current business.
- Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top talent to meet client staffing demands.
- Monitor recruiting activity, fill ratios, employee retention, and overall branch performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, safety standards, and client requirements.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, coaching, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Analyze branch metrics and implement strategies to improve productivity, retention, and profitability.
- Work collaboratively with corporate leadership to achieve company goals and support continued growth.
- Maintain a positive, customer focused culture for both clients and employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Branch Manager experience within the staffing industry.
- Minimum of 3 years of light industrial staffing experience required.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and high volume recruiting operations.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Experience with staffing software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting onsite staffing programs.
- Experience working with distribution centers, logistics operations, manufacturing, or warehouse environments.
- Proven success growing branch revenue while maintaining outstanding service levels.
