Human Resources GeneralistAs a Human Resources Generalist, you will be a key HR leader in our facility. As the HR leader, you will execute: recruitment and selection, employee relations, work life balance improvement projects, maximize partner morale, wage and benefit changes, safety improvements, training and development, policy administration, and regulatory compliance related to employment. The HR leader will be part of a larger HR & Operations leadership team, who collaborate and support one another.This role is 100% on-site at our Logan, Utah manufacturing facility. Required Hours for this position: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Relocation Benefits: Receive a $10,000 relocation bonus PLUS a generous relocation package if relocating more than 50 miles for this position.What you'll do:Recruit, hire and onboard new hiresPolicy administrationPerformance managementPartner (employee) relationsAdminister internal job transfersPartner trainingHR process improvementCollaborate with the HR Team Leader (Manager) to lead partners and collaborate with the DC team effectivelyWork with the HR Team Leader to implement Strategic Workforce Planning initiativesCommunicate HR policies, compensation, benefits, and other HR initiatives to partnersCollaborate with HR Americas leadership team in order to improve standard policies, processes, and the overall partner experienceMaintain partner and position information in HR Systems including Workday and KronosWhat you need to succeed:Bachelor's in Business, HR or related field; equivalent experience will be considered1-3 years of experience in human resources and/or leadership is preferredTechnical expertise in human resources practices and proceduresStrong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations in an engaging mannerAbility to work both independently and as a part of a larger teamDemonstrated ability to service customersAbility to solve problemsWell-developed analytical skillsForward thinkingAbility to evaluate the financial impact of various HR & labor practicesAbility to navigate Microsoft Office & aptitude to become an expert in Workday, Kronos, and other internal software systemsEligible partners will receive:Get not one, but TWO retirement benefits.
