Project Manager

Align Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in specialty contracting to join a well-established commercial glazing company in the Tampa, FL market. Our client brings more than 40 years of industry expertise, delivering high-quality glass and aluminum storefront systems, as well as complex curtain wall installations throughout Florida. Their diverse project portfolio includes restaurants, office buildings, automotive dealerships, retail centers, and other commercial developments. The Project Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial glazing projects—from pre-construction planning through project closeout. This individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in strict accordance with contract documents and quality standards. While glazing experience would be a bonus, it is not required. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing projects for a specialty contractor and is comfortable balancing office responsibilities with field engagement.
