- Assisting with setting forms and pouring concrete
- Placing steel plates, assemblies, and wire mesh
- Raking, leveling, and finishing wet concrete
- Measuring and cutting materials using a tape measure
- Working alongside a team to safely move and prepare materials

- General construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. regularly
- Comfortable with bending, stretching, and physical work throughout the shift
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow safety guidelines in an industrial environment
- Steel-toed boots required
- Full-time, year-round position
- Work performed in an industrial setting and in varied weather conditions
- Some weekend work may be required
- Work around large concrete panels and heavy-duty materials
