Marketing Program Manager

Supporting the Legal & Insurance Marketing team, the full-time Marketing Program Manager will manage complex marketing initiatives, oversee digital communications, and enhance operational workflows while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the operational coordination of marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with deadlines and business goals Build, configure, test, and deploy email communications in HubSpot, managing email calendars and ensuring timely and accurate delivery Improve operational workflows and maintain project management systems, documentation, and templates to enhance team organization and efficiency Required qualifications 3-6+ years of experience in project management, marketing coordination, or related operational roles Strong understanding of B2B marketing campaigns and cross-functional initiatives Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana and Airtable Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or equivalent practical experience preferred
