Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or pending Illinois SLP licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
• Passion for working with elementary-aged students
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized student growth

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and document assessment results
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other school professionals
• Maintain accurate records and timely progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer in-class support and contribute to building-wide communication initiatives
