Principal, NikeSKIMS Product Business Integration

About the Role The Principal, NikeSKIMS Product Business Integration will be accountable for the operational oversight of NikeSKIMS footwear and accessories product lines, establishing and championing the product creation process to enable a cohesive vision across the product lifecycle. This role reports directly to the Sr. Director, NikeSKIMS Business Integration and partners closely with the Sr. Director, NikeSKIMS Product and Merchandising, working with Product Management, Development, Design, Merchandising, and Operations teams across Nike and Skims. The position is part of the NikeSKIMS Product and Merchandising team and a cross-functional group of Operations leaders, building a new brand and requiring innovative thinking and streamlined ways of working. Key Responsibilities Accountable for the operational oversight of NikeSKIMS footwear and accessories product lines Establish and champion the product creation process for NikeSKIMS footwear and accessories, enabling development and delivery of a cohesive vision across the entire product lifecycle Work alongside the Product and Merchandising Operations team to build strategies, processes, and tools Play a lead role in facilitating product and merchandising excellence seasonally Think differently to establish new, streamlined ways of working, implement digital solutions, and problem solve throughout seasonal processes Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (any suitable combination of education, experience, and training accepted) 8+ years of Product, Consumer, and/or Operations experience Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams, influence leadership, and drive project momentum forward Innovative mindset and ability to build new processes and infrastructure Strong resource management skills with the ability to lead workstreams on-time and in-budget Leads as a strategic creative partner to cross-functional partners Ability to think strategically about product relevance, development, and timing A knack for framing opportunities, synthesizing challenging problems, and comfort with ambiguity Can-do attitude and history of making things happen independently and as part of a team Excellent written and oral communication and superior interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once Strong passion for Nike #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Sports Jobs Limited
