• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting and configuration
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL best practices
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Familiarity with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience in integration with third-party applications and tools
