• Compensation: $36.00–$50.00 per hour DOE + $2,000 sign-on bonus

What You’ll Tackle

• Diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of forklift models to restore peak performance.
• Execute preventive maintenance and thorough inspections to keep fleets reliable and safe.
• Champion safe work practices and reinforce a safety-first culture on every call.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to reduce downtime and plan repairs efficiently.
• Record parts used, labor, and maintenance schedules with accurate, timely documentation.

What You Bring

• About 5 years of experience as a forklift technician (or closely related field service role).
• Comfort working with electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Resourceful troubleshooting skills and a positive, can-do approach.
• Clear communication and a collaborative style.
• A customer-first demeanor—friendly, courteous, and approachable.
