Job Description A well-respected firm in Louisiana is seeking a Tax Manager to join their firm! They are a firm that promotes growth and values family. This firm believes in promotions based on skill and contributions vs age. They are seeking a Manager to focus on reviewing tax returns and helping mentor and teach the younger staff! Job Duties Review of Tax Returns Tax Research Mentor & Train Staff Qualifications CPA Required Bachelor's in Accounting 5+ Years of Experience in Public Accounting Supervisory Experience Review Experience with 1040, 1065, 1120, & 1120-S Benefits/ Perks Medical Insurance covered 100% by the firm for the employee Dental & Vision Insurance Unlimited PTO (Encouraged to use it) 401k w/ 3% Match Profit Sharing (Annually) HSA Contribution of $75/ MONTH ST Disability- 100% paid by the firm Life Insurance- 100% Paid by the firm Maternity & Paternity leave Very flexible/ laid back firm (Quality over Quantity) Reduced Busy season hours Bonus & Incentive Opportunities Contact: Kiara Myers, search consultant, to learn more about this confidential career opportunity.
