We promote from within and offer competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, and generous PTO.As a Surgical Coordinator, you'll guide patients through every step of their surgical journey by:Scheduling surgeries and managing changesEducating patients on procedures and pre-op instructionsCollecting and documenting patient and insurance informationCoordinating medical clearancesPerforming IOL measurements and clinical testingMaintaining accurate EMR documentationCollecting patient paymentsSupporting physicians and delivering an outstanding patient experienceWhat you'll bring:Excellent communication and customer service skillsA compassionate, patient-focused approachStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility and a positive, team-oriented attitudeComfort working in a fast-paced clinical environmentOphthalmology or ocular pharmacology knowledge is a plus, but not requiredThis role requires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of up to 10 lbs.Spectrum Vision Partners supports one of the nation's largest ophthalmology networks, with nearly 1,400 employees, 50+ clinic locations, 5 ambulatory surgery centers, and 110+ physicians and surgeons.
