Key Account Manager - Automotive Aftermarket (Cold Spring)

We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth through consultative, customer-focused solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, leading regular business reviews and partnering on contract/pricing negotiations
- Meet or exceed revenue goals by identifying opportunities to expand products, services, and share of business
- Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor account performance and drive customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues
- Stay current on industry trends and market developments to inform account growth strategy
Qualifications
- 5+ years in account management, outside sales, business development, or strategic account management
- Proven success managing and growing key customer relationships
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel as needed
