Key Account Manager - Automotive Aftermarket

We're seeking a strategic, relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value customer accounts, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth through consultative, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers; serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
\n
• Develop and execute strategic account plans, leading regular business reviews and partnering on contract/pricing negotiations
\n
• Meet or exceed revenue goals by identifying opportunities to expand products, services, and share of business
\n
• Use CRM tools and analytics to monitor account performance and drive customer satisfaction
\n
• Collaborate across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver solutions and resolve issues
\n
• Stay current on industry trends and market developments to inform account growth strategy
\n

Qualifications

\n
• 5+ years in account management, outside sales, business development, or strategic account management
\n
• Proven success managing and growing key customer relationships
\n
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
\n
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
\n
• Willingness to travel as needed
