Location: Goldsboro, NC
Job Type: Part-Time | 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Night Shift | 3 × 12-Hour Shifts
Pay Range: $33.00–$54.45/hr + $6/hr Night Differential

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor laboring patients, providing safe and effective nursing care.
• Assist with C-sections, including circulating duties, and recover labor and surgical patients.
• Coordinate patient care with physicians, midwives, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and provide patient/family education.

Required Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN License.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Previous RN Labor & Delivery experience is mandatory. New graduates will not be considered.
• Nursing Diploma, ADN, or ASN required; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• NIHSS certification required.

Additional Benefits

• Up to $35,000 retention incentive over 4 years for eligible night-shift RNs.
• Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for eligible candidates with a 2-year commitment.
• $6/hr night shift differential.
• Additional weekend and holiday differentials may apply.
• Paid-in-lieu-of-benefits differential may be available based on eligibility.
