Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious company targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and motivation to maximize performance.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop tailored solutions and identify new business opportunities.
Establish strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive revenue growth.
Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create leads and promote our renewable energy solutions.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in the renewable energy or B2C sector.
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
