Assembler Panel Builder

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler Panel to perform final quality inspections on completed electrical panels and enclosures. The role involves verifying panel builds against electrical schematics, BOMs, and layout drawings, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and working collaboratively with wiring, assembly, and engineering teams to resolve any issues.

• Perform final quality inspections on completed electrical panels and enclosures.
• Verify panel build against electrical schematics, BOMs, and layout drawings.
• Inspect wiring for proper routing, terminations, labeling, color coding, and workmanship.
• Verify torque, grounding, bonding, and component mounting.
• Inspect panel layout, clearances, and overall workmanship.
• Ensure labeling, nameplates, and markings are accurate and complete.
• Confirm compliance with applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances.
• Work with wiring, assembly, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Verify packaging, documentation, and panel protection prior to shipment.

• Experience in Final QC or inspection of electrical control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layout drawings.
• Strong understanding of electrical workmanship standards.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with inspection tools and QC checklists.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Inspection of UL 508A industrial control panels.
• Knowledge of NEMA enclosure requirements.
• Experience in a panel shop or electrical manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in mechanical assembly, including assembling frames and cabinets for control panels.
• Ability to use hand tools, drills, and screwdrivers.
• Experience with electrical assembly, including reading schematics and wiring electrical components.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of panel building experience in a manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Irving, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $28.00/hr.
