NOW HIRING: MARKETER Aventura at Walton Hills Aventura at Walton Hills is seeking a motivated, relationship-focused Marketer to help grow our skilled nursing community through strong hospital, healthcare, and community partnerships. This position is ideal for a healthcare marketing and business development professional who enjoys building relationships, generating referrals, increasing census, and helping patients and families navigate the transition to skilled nursing care. WHAT WE OFFER Competitive salary: $72,000–$82,000 annually Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth Meaningful work within the healthcare community Opportunity to develop strong professional relationships Collaborative and resident-focused environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital case managers, social workers, physicians, discharge planners, and referral partners. Generate qualified skilled nursing referrals to support census growth. Conduct regular hospital rounds and maintain consistent communication with referral sources. Identify new referral opportunities and expand the facility's presence within the local healthcare community. Respond promptly to referrals and work closely with Central Intake and Admissions. Complete bedside evaluations when appropriate and assist residents and families with facility selection. Follow referrals through admission, denial, or closure. Organize educational presentations, lunch-and-learns, provider meetings, and community outreach activities. Communicate anticipated admissions, referral barriers, and market trends to leadership. Maintain accurate documentation of marketing and referral activity in Careflow/CRM. Participate in census strategy meetings and support initiatives focused on referral growth. QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience in healthcare marketing, skilled nursing admissions, hospital liaison, business development, or a related field . Experience developing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, social workers, discharge planners, and other healthcare referral sources . Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent customer service and presentation abilities. Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable conducting hospital visits and community outreach. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
