Temporary | Mass Tort Litigation Case Manager

Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio company, is actively recruiting for a temporary, Mass Tort Litigation Case Manager for an onsite position for a law firm client in Dallas, TX. Schedule: Full-Time Start Date: ASAP Duration: Indefinite; could convert to a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mass Tort Litigation Case Manager to support a busy litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation and mass tort matters, experience managing a high-volume caseload, and the ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume caseload involving mass tort and complex litigation matters. Track and monitor critical litigation and discovery deadlines to ensure timely compliance. Coordinate and organize case files, pleadings, discovery materials, and litigation documents. Prioritize multiple projects and competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders regarding case status and requirements. Assist with discovery preparation, document review, and case administration. Maintain accurate case information and documentation within the firm's case management system. Support attorneys with litigation-related research, reporting, and case coordination activities. Ensure all case activity is handled in accordance with court requirements and internal procedures. Qualifications Strong understanding of litigation terminology, procedures, and mass tort litigation. Proven case management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Working knowledge of discovery requirements and deadlines within mass tort litigation. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high case volume. Experience with Litify case management software. Familiarity with Judicial Council Coordinated Proceedings (JCCP). Previous experience supporting mass tort, complex litigation, or coordinated proceedings. Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing competing priorities with minimal supervision. They will possess a strong understanding of litigation workflows, demonstrate excellent judgment, and maintain a high level of professionalism while supporting a busy legal team.
