Night-Shift Housing Stabilization Case Manager
Glide Inc
GLIDE seeks Journey Home Case Managers to provide outreach and coordinated care for clients experiencing homelessness. You will manage a caseload of 20–25 clients, assess needs, and connect them with shelter, housing and wrap‑around services to promote stability and long‑term housing outcomes. Shifts include evening hours (AM/PM/Graveyard) with a 40‑hour workweek.
