We're looking for a customer-focused, sales-driven Studio Manager who is excited to take ownership of the business, develop a strong team, and help grow the Orangetheory brand in our community.

You'll lead from the front. You'll know our members by name, celebrate their milestones, coach and motivate your team, build relationships in the community, and ensure everyone who walks through our doors receives an exceptional experience.

When goals are set, you'll create the plan to achieve them — then work alongside your team to surpass them.

What You'll Do
As Studio Manager, you'll help lead all aspects of studio sales and operations, including:

• Drive membership sales and studio revenue
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold the sales team accountable to performance goals
• Create an exceptional experience for prospects and members
• Build member relationships and support retention
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Manage daily operations and maintain brand standards
• Track key performance indicators and identify opportunities for improvement
• Execute local marketing, lead generation, and community outreach
• Develop relationships with local businesses and community partners
• Create a fun, energetic, and engaging studio culture
• Identify problems, develop solutions, and follow through
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional studio
• Partner with leadership and the fitness team to continuously improve the member and employee experience
