Contract Administrator

Job Description:

Job Overview:

The primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy

Responsibilities:

• The ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect.
• The ability to validate additional documentation to ensure that all state and client requirements are met.
• Able to follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information presented.
• A general knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply.
• Ability to validate calculations to ensure the financial information presented is accurate.
• Able to adapt to frequent changes including overtime with limited notice
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment - Ability to communicate with region and dealership personnel.

Qualifications:

• Moderate computer skills, multi-task between different programming systems, significant amount of attention to detail, must be able to adapt to frequent changes, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office

Education:

• High School Diploma (GED)
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Knowledge & Additional Skills

• General Accounting – 1 year
• General Business – 1 year
• Proficient in Administration – 1 year

Additional Skills:

• Proficient in 10 Key Data Entry
• H.S diploma or GED with 1-2 years of experience in a related capacity.
• Computer and typing skills
