Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular Child and Family team meetings to discuss treatment planning and strategy development.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments, craft individualized treatment plans, and facilitate ongoing treatment progress reviews, ensuring you meet all documentation requirements stipulated by agency standards and licensure regulations.

• Maintain strict client confidentiality and uphold ethical responsibilities concerning the management of client records and personal data.

• Utilize your expertise to effectively evaluate and diagnose mental health issues among children and adolescents.
\n
• Implement and refine targeted treatment strategies based on tailored assessments and evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with children, adolescents, and their families as they navigate mental health challenges. Your skills will help address issues ranging from developmental concerns to interpersonal conflicts, enabling you to play a pivotal role in enhancing family dynamics and personal well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) certification.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on clinical experience in a mental health setting.

• In-depth knowledge of psychological theories pertaining to personality development, individual differences, human motivation, and the treatment of abnormal behavior.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
