The successful candidate will be a seasoned and collaborative student affairs leader, serving as a visible and engaged advocate for all students. This role involves providing strategic direction and management of the Office of the Dean of Students, with a focus on innovative co-curricular programs that promote student well-being, engagement, and success. The AVP and Dean of Students will also be responsible for supporting the mission and priorities of the Division of Student Affairs and the University's strategic plan, and must be prepared to work with a diverse student body, including undergraduate, graduate, and professional students.
