Business Analysis & Operations Lead Senior Associate, Consumer Bank Marketing

The Becoming a Customer team is responsible for driving seamless, innovative and personalized omni-channel shopping, offers and account opening experiences for Consumer Bank Marketing. We are seeking a strategic marketing professional to lead customer journey strategy from awareness and conversion through onboarding and deepening. This role will play a critical part in uncovering actionable insights, and translating them into data-driven marketing strategies that drive conversion, activation and retention.As the Becoming a Customer Business Analysis & Operations Lead in Consumer Bank Marketing, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Becoming a Customer in both day-to-day business operations and strategic initiatives. You will manage a diverse book of work, lead the development of executive agendas and materials, manage our product portfolio and foster cross-functional relationships to ensure controlled execution of marketing and product initiatives.
