RN/LPN- 3p-11p Full Time

The Village at Willow Crossings is looking for a Full Time RN/LPN to join our team! Schedule: Full Time 3p-11p with every other weekend. Pay Rate: LPN - Starting from $33.50; RN - Starting from $36.00. We are looking for a compassionate RN/LPN to deliver nursing care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. You will be part of a dedicated team building community and long‑lasting relationships. Responsibilities Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents’ status. Observe and report significant changes in resident behavior and health to the Resident Care Director, physician, family, RCAs, and Executive Director per state regulations. Direct and supervise the daily work assignments of the Resident Care Assistants. Mentor, guide, and direct the Lead Resident Care Assistants in all aspects of their job. Coordinate care needs with community providers via an effective case management process. Effectively balance service demands with supporting resident independence. Recognize and assist in preventing elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation (financial and other) and report to appropriate sources per state regulations. Respond to emergencies and personal emergency response system calls and know when to call for backup. Requirements Current state license as an RN/LPN and CPR certification. Graduate of an approved RN/LPN program per state requirements. Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working as a nurse preferred.
