Your day to day as a Security Officer
As a Full-Time Security Officer at Point Management / Shangri-La, your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring premises to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff. You will conduct regular patrols, both indoors and outdoors, to deter and detect any suspicious activity. Maintaining a visible presence will be key in providing reassurance and support to our retail team and visitors. You'll be expected to respond promptly to incidents, providing first aid when necessary and effectively communicating with law enforcement when required. Documenting daily activities and any irregularities will also be part of your routine, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Additionally, you will engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience while proactively identifying and solving any potential security issues. This role demands smart decision-making and a commitment to maintaining integrity within everything you do.
