Property Accountant

Location: Aventura, FL (hybrid) We are representing a rapidly growing commercial real estate investment firm with a portfolio of industrial assets seeking a Property Accountant. Reporting directly to the Controller, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of properties and related entities. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle property accounting in Yardi Voyager Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash applications, and bank reconciliations Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and assist with month-end close Prepare property-level financial statements and support consolidated reporting Coordinate loan payments, escrow activity, and intercompany transactions Partner with the Controller on financial reporting, process improvements, and special projects Support audits, tax preparers, and lender requests Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 2+ years of commercial property accounting experience Yardi Voyager experience is required Strong understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and financial statement preparation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong organizational and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Confidential Company
